All orders are packed with care and shipped within 1–2 working days.
Standard delivery time across India is 3–7 working days depending on the location.

Once dispatched, your tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your parcel anytime.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to have a smooth and happy shopping experience with us.

• Exchange is allowed within 3 days of delivery.

• Product must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags.

• Exchange available only for size issues or manufacturing defects.

• Due to hygiene reasons, hair accessories (hairbands, clips, bows) cannot be returned or exchanged.
